Manage and edit
ad creatives
Access your ad creatives in the Creative Library
You can edit your ad creatives, remove them, add them to existing ads, and deactivate them, all in your Creative Library. To get there, select Creative Library from the left navigation menu, then click the Ad Creatives tab to bring you to the Manage Ad Creatives page. Here, you can:
- Create ad creatives with images of your business or logo alongside promotional text.
- Edit the name of an ad creative by clicking it, making adjustments in the window that appears, and clicking Save.
- View ad creative details like its status, the brand it’s associated with, the number of assets it has, the promotional text and languages, where the ad creative is currently being used, and the date it was last modified.
- Remove an ad creative by selecting the checkbox next to it and choosing Remove from the toolbar. When you do this, the ad creative will be permanently removed and any ads using it will be paused. You can’t use a different ad creative in these paused ads — you’ll need to create new ads instead.
- Filter your ad creatives by the brand that they’re promoting, status, asset name, and promotional text language.
- Duplicate an ad creative by selecting it and clicking the Duplicate button in the toolbar. Give it a new name, and choose whether to duplicate the assets and/or the promotional text.
- Activate or deactivate an ad creative by selecting it and clicking Activate or Deactivate in the toolbar. You can also use the On/Off toggle next to its name. If you deactivate an ad creative that’s being used in an ad, it will pause the ad.
- Bulk edit ad creatives by selecting more than one, then choosing an action from the toolbar.

Edit an ad creative
Select the ad creative that you want to change, then choose Edit in the toolbar. You can edit every part of your ad creative except for the brand that it’s promoting. If you update the assets or promotional text, active ads using this ad creative may be put on hold for review.
If you edit an ad creative that’s being used in an active ad, we recommend that you save your changes as a new ad creative. This is to avoid interfering with the active ad.
