Set a monthly budget maximum

During campaign creation, you’ll choose a monthly budget maximum to indicate the maximum amount you want to spend on your campaign over the course of an average calendar month, which is calculated as 30.4 days. You can choose a suggested budget or enter a custom monthly amount. Your campaign will continue to spend based on your monthly budget maximum unless you pause it. You can adjust your budget at any time.

How to adjust your monthly
budget maximum

  1. Select Campaign from the left navigation bar.
  2. You’ll see your current monthly budget maximum in the Budget row. Click Edit.
  3. Enter a new amount.
    • Note that changing your monthly maximum budget resets the calculation for the calendar month, and your new budget is prorated based on the number of days remaining in the month. After you enter a new amount, our system will calculate and display your new maximum spend for the month. Make sure that the new maximum spend aligns with your budget. It will take effect immediately once saved.
  4. Click Save.

Remember that your campaign will continue to spend based on this adjusted monthly budget maximum unless you pause it.
